Building the world's most comprehensive interactive training platform for hardware engineers.
The principles that drive everything we build.
To democratize advanced hardware engineering education through interactive simulation-driven learning. We believe every engineer deserves access to world-class training, regardless of where they work or what tools they have access to.
Traditional hardware training relies on expensive seminars, static slide decks, and vendor-specific tools. We are changing that by putting interactive simulations directly in the browser -- accessible anywhere, anytime, on any device.
A world where every engineer has access to hands-on training in SI, PI, and EMI/EMC. We envision a future where interactive simulation replaces passive learning, and competence is built through practice, not slides.
By 2028, we aim to be the global standard for hardware engineering education -- the platform that every new hire is trained on and every senior engineer uses to stay current with evolving design challenges.
From a frustrated whiteboard sketch to a platform serving thousands of engineers worldwide.
A group of experienced SI/PI/EMC engineers, frustrated with static PowerPoint-based training and expensive multi-day seminars, decided to build something better. The idea: an interactive, simulation-driven platform that teaches the way engineers actually learn -- by doing.
We launched our beta program with six foundational tracks covering EMI/EMC, Signal Integrity, and PCB Design. Our first 100 beta users provided invaluable feedback that shaped the platform's interactive simulation approach and hands-on lab methodology.
We rebuilt our simulation engine from scratch for real-time interactivity, supporting TDR, eye diagrams, S-parameters, PDN impedance, and EMI compliance visualizations. All 16 course tracks, 120+ labs, and 3 capstone projects went live.
Major semiconductor companies, EDA vendors, and contract manufacturers adopted the platform for team-wide training. We launched enterprise licensing, custom learning paths, and a certification program recognized across the industry.
Our AI-powered adaptive learning engine personalizes content difficulty and pacing based on each engineer's performance. With 10,000+ engineers on the platform, we continue expanding into new domains including RF design, thermal analysis, and multi-physics simulation.
Growing every day as more engineers join our community.
Hear from the hardware engineers who train with us every day.
"The interactive simulations completely changed how I understand return path discontinuities. Being able to tune parameters in real time gave me an intuition that years of reading papers never did."
"We onboard every new hire through the PCB Designer learning path. It cut our ramp-up time from 6 months to 6 weeks. The capstone projects are especially valuable for building real confidence."
"The compliance testing track saved us from a costly re-spin. I identified the root cause of our radiated emissions failure using techniques I learned in the debugging labs."
Industry veterans who build the courses they wish they had when starting out.
15 years of SI/PI experience at Intel, where she led signal integrity analysis for server platforms. Sarah founded Hardware Design Masterclass to bring interactive, simulation-based learning to every hardware engineer worldwide.
20 years of EMC research as a university professor and consultant. James designs our curriculum to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical engineering, ensuring every lesson has real-world relevance and measurable outcomes.
PhD in signal integrity from Georgia Tech. Anil built our interactive simulation engine from the ground up, enabling real-time TDR, eye diagram, S-parameter, and PDN analysis directly in the browser without any plugins.
Instructional design expert and former Texas Instruments training lead. Maria ensures our platform applies proven learning science principles -- spaced repetition, active recall, and hands-on practice -- to maximize knowledge retention.
Four pillars that make Hardware Design Masterclass unlike any other training platform.
No more static slides or pre-recorded demos. Every concept is backed by a real-time, tunable simulation. Adjust parameters, see instant results, and build deep intuition through experimentation -- not memorization.
Our labs and capstone projects are based on real industry case studies -- failed compliance tests, board redesigns, and debugging sessions. You learn to solve the exact problems you will face on the job.
Every track is authored by practicing engineers with decades of hands-on experience at companies like Intel, TI, Broadcom, and Keysight. This is not textbook theory -- it is field-tested engineering knowledge.
Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and EMI/EMC -- all in one platform. Most resources cover only one discipline, but real hardware problems span all three. We teach the interactions that matter most.
Engineers from the world's top technology companies train with us.
The engineering principles we apply to building this platform.
We hold our content to the same standards as production designs. Every simulation is validated, every formula is verified, and every lab exercise is tested by practicing engineers before release.
Reading about impedance mismatch is not the same as watching a reflection propagate in real time. We prioritize interactive experiences over passive consumption in every module we build.
Great hardware education should not require a $50,000 EDA license or a flight to a conference. Our browser-based platform delivers professional-grade training to engineers everywhere.
Start building real expertise in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and EMI/EMC with the most interactive hardware engineering training platform available today.
Free trial available. No credit card required to explore the first module of every track.
